Im Schreibwarenladen in Potsdam. Zwei Volkspolizisten warten hintereinander in der Schlange. Als der erste nach seinem Wunsch gefragt wird, antwortet er: "Ich hätte gern ein Heft mit runden Karos." Die Verkäuferin erklärt ihm hilflos, dass das nicht möglich sei. Der Polizist verlässt enttäuscht den Laden. Sein Kollege, der dann an der Reihe ist, spricht die junge Dame beschwichtigend an: "Sie müssen schon entschuldigen. Die Volkspolizei kann sich ihre Leute auch nicht mehr aussuchen." - "Schon gut, was wollen Sie haben?" - "Tja, ich hätte gern einen Globus von Cottbus."
